growing and supporting SecureWon’s clients isn’t just a career, it’s a life mission.

He takes immense pride in the talented team he works with daily, continually inspired by their
dedication and expertise. Their ability to exceed expectations fuels SecureWon’s success and
reinforces its mission of protecting possibilities through technology.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys exploring new places around the world, skiing with his wife, Laura,
and embracing coastal life as an avid beachgoer. He finds joy in cruising around Newport, RI, in his
VW Thing, soaking in the scenery. One of his favorite pastimes is taking his dog, Francis, for walks
through town, enjoying the rhythm of everyday moments.

With a career built on leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to his clients, Wayne
continues to push the boundaries of technology, ensuring that SecureWon remains a trusted
partner for organizations looking to strengthen their IT future.

Craig Audette

Craig Audette, Chief Strategy Officer, is a seasoned leader dedicated to driving SecureWon’s growth, continuously fostering innovation throughout the organization and its growing client base. He is recognized as a forward-thinking leader, skilled at navigating evolving technologies. His proactive approach ensures SecureWon stays ahead of the curve, driving continued growth and accelerating the company’s success in cybersecurity and managed IT services.

Craig possesses 20+ years of experience in Technology, SaaS, and B2B Leadership, earning the prestigious Proficiency Post Top 40 Under 40 award 8 times between the years 2013-2022. His key to success has always been putting the client first in everything he does and working backwards to find the solution. Client success and long-term customer trust are the two most important business characteristics to Craig.

Outside of work, Craig loves spending time with his wife Carlene, and two kids, Bryce and Sadie. Craig is actively involved in the community as a youth baseball and basketball coach. He also holds positions on the local Bridgewater Little League Board of Directors (VP of Player Development) and Bridgewater Youth Basketball Board of Directors (League Coordinator K-2nd). If he’s not at work, you can definitely find him on a sports field or court near you!

Throughout his career, Michael has specialized in managed services, network infrastructure, and business continuity planning. His expertise extends to vendor management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring organizations operate efficiently and securely. He is passionate about leveraging technology and operational best practices to support business growth and long-term success.

Outside of Work:
When he’s not leading operations, Michael enjoys spending time on the golf course, where he embraces the strategy and patience the game requires. Whether it’s a fairway bunker off the 1st tee or a water hazard on a par 3, Mike will find it—but he’ll have a great time doing it.
Beyond golf, Michael values quality time with his family, including his beloved nieces and nephews, who keep him on his toes and always entertained. Whether traveling to new destinations, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply relaxing with loved ones, he appreciates the moments that bring balance and joy to life.
